Getting it to you

Every piece is sewn for you, so allow about 2 weeks for delivery in Lagos and 2 to 4 weeks elsewhere in Nigeria. Orders are agreed on WhatsApp.

What delivery costs

Times are from when your order is agreed on WhatsApp to the piece reaching you, sewing included.

Customs and duty

Orders outside Nigeria may attract import duty or tax when they arrive. That is set by your own country and is not included in what you pay us. The courier will tell you if anything is owed.

Tracking

We email a tracking number when the piece leaves the workshop. Until then, your order page shows where things stand — keep the link, or the reference beginning SK-.

Returns — stock sizes

A ready-made piece in a stock size can be returned within 14 days of arriving, unworn, unwashed, and with any fila and gele included. Tell us first on the contact page and we will confirm where to send it. Return postage is yours unless the piece is faulty or we sent the wrong thing.

We refund to the card or account you paid from, within five working days of the piece arriving back.

Returns — made to order

A piece cut to your own measurements cannot be returned simply because you changed your mind: it was cut for one body and cannot go back on the rail. That is normal for tailoring, and it is why we would rather you were sure first.

But if it does not match the numbers you gave us, we re-cut it at no charge — and you keep the first one. Send photographs and the measurements you took, and we start again.

If something is faulty

Tell us within 30 days and we repair it, re-cut it, or refund you in full, including postage both ways. Hand-dyed adire varying from the photograph is not a fault — it is how the cloth is made.

Cancelling

Before a made-to-order piece is cut, you can cancel for a full refund. Once the cloth is cut we cannot undo it, so let us know as early as you can.
